By now you've all seen how to get Fruit Roll Ups for $.10 this week at Albertsons. One way I'm making my dime go further is buying Fruit Roll-Ups mini rolls. The regular size has 10 in a box, but the mini rolls have 18.
When my kids want a snack, they usually want 2 of whatever I give them, no matter the size. Especially since the younger one is in the stage where he needs something in each hand and isn't a fan of me breaking or biting his snacks in half to accomplish that. With the mini rolls, I get almost twice as many for the same price.
I also try to remember when baking cookies, cutting brownies, etc., that if I make them smaller, the kids can have 2 for the price of 1 regular size, and to them it's all the same. Or they've just never known the difference. Either way!

in my store they said the Catalina would not print if you bought fruit roll ups or gushers
I bought these and the gushers and the cat printed just fine :)
I bought 5 fruit roll ups in 1 transaction just this morning and it printed. It should work just fine!
I bought 15 boxes of these yesterday, but NOT for my kids. My hubby LOVES them. Now he can have 1 in each hand!

I went this morning and becaus I have a friend that does not coupon..I go to her house and get double tht eamount of coupons. So I got 25 boxes of the fruit snacks this morning. Even cooler? On about 10 of the boxes was another $1/2 coupon. WOOHOO!! I'm tempted to go and buy another 25 boxes!
I usually get those too, but at my store they were marked regular price and not even ringing up for a $1. I'm glad it worked for you!

At the 36th and state store, they are not marked as $1 but ring up as a $1 and they print the catalina. I did WAY TOO MANY today, I special ordered, So I did not clear the shelves :)
Can anyone confirm what is included in the $1.00 sale. I have not been to Albies yet, but my neighbor said it was ONLY the fruit snacks, not the fruit roll ups or gushers. She is new to couponing, so I just wanted to double check! Thank you if anyone has any info on this.
I went to Alberstons @ Woodinville today, and can confirm that the Betty Crocker fruit roll ups, fruit by the foot, fruit stickers, and gushers were all marked $1, and, buying 5 of the 18-pack of mini-rolls triggered a $3.50 catalina. There were plenty on the shelves of all kinds except I took the last 5 of the 18-packs. Sorry - I hope they put more the shelves for you tonight. =S
