P&G Coupon Book

The P&G Year of Savings booklet is back! I earned mine last year it was pretty easy with an Albertsons P&G promo.
Here's what you have to do:

The rebate form is available here, but you will also find it in the P&G insert from the 2/21 Sunday paper. You can also call 1-877-769-8793 to hear the details of the rebate offer.

1. Purchase $50 worth of P&G products between 2/1/2010 and 4/15/2010. {Go here to see the full list of participating products.} It says right on the form that this $50 is BEFORE tax and coupons!!
2. Circle the P&G products on your original receipts. {You can have more than one receipt!}
3. Mail the form and your original receipts to: P&G Year of Savings, Dept. M, P.O. Box 460643, El Paso, TX 88546-0643.
4. Wait 6-8 weeks for your coupon booklet to arrive. Enjoy!

DVD Deal - Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs

Don't miss out on this deal if you're interested in purchasing Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs!

The best price I've seen so far is $15.99 at Target. Fred Meyers comes in a close second at $16.99.

#1 - go print the $3/1 coupon for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (As of 1/5, this coupon has reached its print limit.)

#2 - Get $4 back via mail when you buy the movie and two Ronzoni products. You can get the Ronzoni on sale at Albertsons through Tuesday for $.99 after coupons and doubles. Purchase two boxes for $1.99 each, use this $1/2 printable coupon, double it, and get each box for only $.99! Other pasta varieties you can use for this rebate are: Ronzoni, San Giorgio, American Beauty, Creamette, Prince or Skinner (I've never heard of most of these!). I've gotten the Ronzoni pasta for as little as $.17 before. I may wait for a better sale! If you print the coupon today, it won't expire for a month.

#3 - If you purhcase the DVD, you can also get one Spot Shot (carpet cleaner) FREE. First of all, when you purchase your movie, ask the cashier to print a duplicate receipt - you'll need two in order to do both rebates. You'll find an advertisment (plus a $1/1 coupon) for the Spot Shot in the 1/3 SS (Sears Optical on the front). You can also read all the details about the Spot Shot/Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs rebate offer here. Just purchase one of each (can be at two seperate stores), submit the rebates, and you'll be reimbursed (up to $5.49) for the Spot Shot - be sure to use the $1/1 coupon from the 1/3 SS or there is a printable coupon as well. NOTE: The receipt dates must be 1/5 at the earliest. Fine for the DVD since it isn't released until 1/5, but don't run and get your Spot Shot on 1/4!

#4 - We don't have this restaurant in Idaho, but many of our readers outside of Idaho do! Sony has partnered up with Buca di Beppo - (find a location here). They gave the restaurant 2000 DVD's to give to customers when they order one Meatball Pizza ($14.99). Apparently, there is also a $10/$20 coupon for Buca di Beppo out there (you'll need to enter your zip code to get the coupon - one that works is 33055). Of course, as always with these types of things YMMV! I'd call the restaurant to make sure they have DVD's to give away. If you want to do it, get there quick, as 2000 nationwide isn't a lot!

Kellogg's Fuel for School Rebate RETURNED?

My Kellogg's Fuel For School Rebate was returned to my mailbox this week with the yellow lable that says, "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed". I was way bummed!

Lucky for me, Common Sense with Money did some research and contacted a representative from Kelloggs and got this information:

If you sent your Kelloggs Fuel for School rebate postmarked by 9/30/09, and had this rebate returned to you because the P.O. Box you sent it too was closed, you need to do this:

Please send the entire returned envelope directly to Kelloggs at P.O. Box CAMB, Battle Creek, MI 49014 and mark “FFS EXCEPTION” on the outside of the envelope. No need to call Kelloggs first.

As always, you'll want to make sure you make copies of everything you send!

Unilever Rebate Reminder

Do you rememeber the Unilever rebate CATHY told us about? If you bought a ham this month or buy one before the 30th, you have until the 30th that's this Thursday to spend your $40 and qualify for the up to $20 Unilever rebate. I finally got to filling mine out today. You have until May 15th to mail it in!

P.S. If you have a rebate form and aren't going to use it leave a comment here with your email. We have had some readers that qualified for the rebate, but lost the form. :(

It seems that Shopko gets overlooked. I noticed in this weeks add that they have a rebate program. News to me. I also notice that you could get 8 razors for $1.98. I had almost forgotten about it until I read Thrifty Mom's post. She gives all the details on the razors plus a few other good deals.

Walgreens Rumor and Tips

I saw this on i heart wags - that there is a rumor floating around that effective April 2009 they will no longer have the easy saver rebate program. Have you heard anything? Hopefully they will replace it with something!!

Cheap cosmetics at Albertsons (Eagle & McMillan)

I have noticed the last week at Albertsons there are a few carts of cosmetics marked down at the front of the store. I finally had time to get out my CoverGirl coupons and went down to browse thru them. There were several baskets divided up with different brands. They had lipsticks and glosses for $1.99, and several blushes, powders, cheek colors, etc ranging from $2.99-$4.99. I bought 2 lipsticks & 2 lip glosses (one rang up for $1.57), then used 2 - $2.50/2 coupons and with taxes my total was just over $3 for 4 products.


There were a lot of other brands too, but I didn't have time to check and see if I had coupons to match up! Let me know what you find!
