I've recently discovered my 19 month old has a milk allergy, so we've moved him to soy milk - MAN that stuff is expensive! That's why I was so excited to see this $2/1 8th Continent Soy Milk printable coupon! Woot! I've seen a 1/2 gallon at Fred Meyer for $3.49 (yikes!). I'm hoping to match this with a sale... although not sure how you stock up on soy milk for 1 person! Anywho, it's a great coupon, and if you are like me and have a non-dairy kid, print away!
Thanks Bargain Briana!

I can't drink dairy either, and neither do my kids (usually--we're not allergic, just lactose intolerant, so we can have some), so we buy soymilk. We like the Silk a lot better--it's creamier than 8th Continent. We usually buy the Silk in a 2 half-gallon pack at Wal-Mart, which is the cheapest deal, and then Silk just put out coupons recently. I have seen 8th Continent at Winco for less than $3, so you might try there (and ours has had peelies for $1 off on it, too, lately). Anyway, good luck. I don't tolerate wheat or dairy very well, and it can really make things expensive. Oh, about stocking up--soymilk stays good a lot longer than milk, as long as it's unopened. The expiry is usually a month or more in the future, so if you do find a sale/coupon deal, you can stock up somewhat. It does not, however, freeze well at all.
Thanks for this! My baby is allergic to milk as well. And for some reason, Silk Milk gives him serious diaper issues. So we only buy 8th Continent. This coupon rocks!
THANKS for the tips Julie!!! As you can see, I'm very new to this non-dairy world!! I appreciate your advice! I'll have to find the Silk coupons!
Julie - is this where you found the silk coupon?

I just bought soy milk this last weekend at freddy's for .67 ea. for the 32 oz. Soy Dream brand. If your freddy's has a coupon exchange bin, you'll want to check that for catalinas for either pearl soy milk, soy dream, or refrigerated almond breeze (almond milk). I have had catalinas for all three of those in the last 2 weeks. right now pearl soy milk is on sale 3/$5 and I have seen catalinas for $1.50/2, $1/2 and $2/4. not bad! Pearl soy milk is manufactured by kikkoman, so i have successfully used coupons that are BOGO for any 2 kikkoman products as well (these were on SS about a month ago). Also, at freddy's you can find soy milk in the refrigerated section next to regular cow's milk, in the refrigerator in the natural section AND the shelf stable soy milk is usually across from the cereal in the natural section. so, you can almost always find a deal on at least one brand in one of those locations. HTH, good luck with your new adjustment!
I hear you about the soy milk...super expensive. My 17mo daughter has been on soy milk for the last 2mo and it has literally made her a different girl. So excited about the coupons!
You can also buy self-stable soy milk at Costco. A case of the Kirkland brand organic soymilk has 12 quart-sized boxes. I think it is around $1 a box. Not as great as some of the other deals with coupons, but a decent "everyday" price. I like this brand a lot. Some soy milks have a bitter taste that I don't taste in the Kirkland brand.
Yeah, I didn't even think about the shelf-stable soy milks. Fred Meyer often does have great catalina coupons for those, and we stock up on them for our "emergency" soy milk (we live 50+ miles from the nearest grocery store, so there are seriously times when that emergency stock comes in very handy!). I did get the .75/1 coupons from the Silk web site (I think that's the link Cathy put above, and last time I checked, they were still available, although I reached my print limit on those a while ago). There were also .55/1 blinkies near the Silk in the Fred Meyer the last time I was there, and there were also .55/1 coupons in the Smart Source last Sunday--or maybe you didn't get them over there? Our Wal-Marts have the 2-pack of Silk for (usually) $4.68 and the single half-gallons for $2.69 or so. If you use one .55/1 coupon on the 2-pack or two of them on individual half-gallons, it comes out almost the same. My kids (and I) especially love the Very Vanilla flavor (not the regular vanilla) Silk makes (it's also extra fortified for kids' nutrition, I guess). It's delicious, I think.
I've actually managed to make decent biscuits and gravy using the Silk original, but that's the only soymilk I've found that's creamy enough to make into gravy.
