And I hate to sound completely new but I have the first coupon what does the "RR" coupon stand for?

RR stands for Register Reward. In the scenario you listed, you pay $4.99 +tax, then after you pay you get the Register Reward valued at $4 to use next time. Essentially it makes it $0.99. This is the beauty of rolling register rewards. That means using a previous register reward to pay for something you are buying now. With that said, you should read up on their policies at Walgreens before you attempt. It is a little different than other stores on how to make your money go the mile.
