Rite Aid 9/13-9/19 {PLUS Gift of Savings}

What is the Rite Aid Gift of Savings Program you ask? From now until October 17th you can earn up to $20 back in a Rite Aid Gift Certificate on almost everything you buy (cost used to determine threshold is BEFORE coupons!).
  • Spend $25-$50, get $5 back.
  • Spend $51-$100, get $10 back.
  • Spend over $100, get $20 back.
If you combine this Gift of Savings program with the Single Check Rebate program, you can really save (or even MAKE) some money over the next several weeks!

Here is one MONEY MAKING example:

Johnsons Baby Care $2.99

SCR $43 (see side graphic)
Purchase 3/5/10 and receive SCR for:
$5/$10/$15
There are many ($1/1) J&J coupons at the Johnsons Baby website

Purchase: 10 items at $29.90
USE: Rite Aid $5/$25 Coupon
AND: $10 of various coupons
TOTAL: OOP $14.90
SUBMIT for $15.00 Rebate (SCR #43)
FINAL COST: FREE (after MC's and SCR)
PLUS: $29.90 towards the Fall of Savings Program (you've already earned $5 cash back!)!

How do you "submit for a rebate"? I've never really shopped at rite aid before, does it just come on the receipt?

You just do it online! Go here: https://riteaid.rebateplus.com/newmemberpage.asp to sign up. Enter in your receipts through the month (they show you how to do it), and then they verify and "confirm" your rebate. Once it is confirmed, you simply request your check online, and you'll have it in about two weeks! You can take the check to the bank and cash it if you want to, or use it at Rite Aid on future purchases.

I went to Orchard and Overland Rite Aid and there was one baby wash left that you could use a coupon on. There was still lotion left. The manager there said they only get shipments in every two weeks. So the $5/$25 coupon would expire before the shipment would come in for rain checks. Any other solution?

Cara - Maybe call around to the different stores, if you're willing to travel for the deal! My Wags get's shipments in twice a week... weird that they only get one every 2 weeks! Plus there always seems to be a $5/$25 coupon out there, although I can't gaurantee this of course...
