I have a really cool photo opportunity for your readers! My daughter's gymnastics team is having a great fund raiser - it is called "Antiquities" They are really cute antique style (not western more 1920's-ish) sepia splash toned (they add a tiny bit of color to objects as a highlight) pictures.
They will be setting up a studio at Meridian Academy Gymnastics in Meridian October 1-3 and they are providing all the props (including clothing), the sitting fee AND a 10x13 Portrait ALL for $10!
NO hidden costs (one sitting per family)! I thought that there must be a catch but I checked and there isn't. They will have other pictures, with additional poses, you can buy separately when you pick up your picture but it is not a high pressure sales thing. I have seen my friends pictures and the companies samples and they are really cute and a HUGE bargain. You can view the gallery here.
