Fred Meyer - 9/6-9/12
First of all, you can grab an insert from the front lobby. BUT - don't worry about ripping the coupons out! Just take it to the register, they will scan it for you, and then when you're leaving put the ad back so someone else can use it!
Here is what is on my Fred Meyer shopping list this week:
PEACHES OR NECTARINES - $.79/lb!!!
Holy smokes I am LOVING nectarines right now!
Country Oven or VitaBee Bread or Fred Meyer Peanut Butter OR Preserves $1 each!
Limit 10 - use in-ad coupon (on front page)
Best price I've seen on the Country Oven & VitaBee bread! I love that stuff!
Fred Meyer Tuna $.33
Limit 3 with in ad coupon
(I don't really need this because I still have 100 Tuna pouches from the Albertsons sale, but it is a good price if you need some tuna!)
Fred Meyer Apple Juice $.99
Limit 3 with in ad coupon
Another Fab price!
Private Selection Ice Cream (or frozen berries) $2.00
Limit 4 with in ad coupon
This is yummy ice cream and the best sale price they ever have. Believe it or not, all my Breyers ice cream is GONE!
Land O' Frost Lunch Meat $1.67
Limit 3 with in ad coupon
STACK with: $1/2 from 8/23 RP
FINAL PRICE: $1.17
Mountain Dairy Milk - 1 Gallon for $1.79
Limit 3 with in ad coupon
Costco is still cheaper, but if you aren't wanting to face Costco this week, this is a good price!
Campbells Chicken Noodle or Tomato Soup $.50
Limit 10 with in ad coupon
These will be on sale at Albertsons tomorrow as well... there will NOT be a limit, so if you want to stock up, do it at Albertsons. I think this is cheaper than the Costco price. Anyone seen in cheaper elsewhere?
Grocery Smarts also has a printable Fred Meyer shopping list! If you don't know how to use it, view the pictorial here (featuring the Albertsons list).

Can we get the Smith's/Kroger buys at Freddies? When I Asked the manager about Kroger coupons, he said they will take them at Freddies, so why not the sales on Kroger brands?
By the way.....Fred Meyers will take the $1/1 raisinette coupons on their 1.00 theatre raisinette boxes. Yay! Free candy!
Hi Shelley. Although each store is affiliated with Kroger, they each have their own sales and ads. That would be nice if we could price match at Freddies though!
