Grab your Sunday paper and find the Albertsons Insert that has THREE "Twice the Value" (also lovingly referred to as: DOUBLERS).
In the Idaho Statesman they were found inside the Champion Windows insert.
Remember that you can only use 3 doublers in one transaction. And doublers are only good on coupons for $1 or less in value. If the coupon is $1.01 or more, it CAN NOT be doubled. It can't even be adjusted down. They won't take it - period! :)
BASICALLY what this comes down to is THIS:
With the current promotion, which is Spend $25 in participating products and receive a $10 "catalina" that you can use on your next transaction. Couple that with doublers, you'll essentially save another $3! When you plan your transaction, you'll want to be sure to use the doublers on 3 coupons that are $1 off, in order to maximize your savings.
Here are some printable coupons valued at $1 that can be used and doubled at Albertsons through Tuesday evening.
(Prices assume you are using a $10 catalina from a previous transaction)
ALL Small and Mighty $4.50
use $1/1 and DOUBLE
FINAL PRICE $.70
General Mills Cereal $2.00
$1.00/3 and $1.00/2 and DOUBLE
FINAL PRICE: .20 - .54
General Mills Total Whole Grain $2.00
$1/1 and $1/2 and DOUBLE
FINAL PRICE: .40 to FREE
Not a part of the promo:
Nestle Lil' Drums $3.00 (this is ice cream by the way)
$1/1 and DOUBLE
FINAL PRICE: $1.00
One other NON Printable I'm really excited about:
Bryers Ice Cream $3.00 ($1.80 after catalina)
$1/1 RP 5/17 and DOUBLE
FINAL PRICE: FREE!
Send us your pictures and scenarios and we'll post them!
You can view the printable shopping list or a list of all the available printables - which is handy if you've just started collecting newspaper inserts and don't have many coupons yet!
Remember with the printables, you can print them twice from each computer. So if you have a 2nd computer or laptop in your home, you can print from there! Or have your man print some up at work for you! Just send him to this page.
ps - they really need to add "printables" and "doublers" to the dictionary!

I was at an Albertsons a week or so ago with a coupon for $1.50 and used one of the doublers. They just took off $1 which is the max. No questions asked. Didn't blink an eye. It had to be one of the Albertsons in Caldwell or Nampa. Can't remember which.
Were the doublers in the press tribune?
Amy there were doublers in the Press Tribune, but one of my were missing (along with 2 of my inserts). I've has soooo many problems with them since I started my subscription a few months ago. So frustrating!
Can you use "do not double" coupons with the doubles? I have numerous times in the past, but last week I wasn't able to at the Glenwood store.
Kristi M- It says on the coupon 1.01 or more will not be redeemed. So your store or cashier may allow it, but they are not supposed to.
I have had cashiers do and say only this time. So I guess if they want to bend their rules it is up to them.
Enjoy these doubles. None in the ad for this week.
