Here are the official rules taken from this site.
1. Between February 8th and March 7th, 2009, purchase any brand combination of at least one milk, one cheese, and one yogurt item (3 items minimum or more) during a single shopping trip at your neighborhood Fred Meyer store in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska.
2. Attach your Fred Meyer receipt dated February 8th to March 7th to a 3x5 card or piece of paper with your name, address, phone number or email address printed on the card.
3. Mail your Fred Meyer receipt which includes milk, cheese, and yogurt purchase and 3x5 card to: Rachael Scdoris Beanie Offer, 2033 6th Ave. Suite 333, Seattle, WA 98121.
4. Fred Meyer receipt dated February 8th to March 7th and 3x5 card must be received no later than March 21st to qualify.
5. Columbia Sportswear beanie and official Rachael Scdoris growth poster will be shipped to you FREE within four (4) weeks of receipt of order (while supplies last).
6. If you send in a qualifying receipt within the approved time period of February 8th to March 7th, 2009, and beanie supplies are gone, you will receive the official Rachael Scdoris growth poster and a gift of equal value.

Shame on Fred Meyer and Columbia Sportwear for promoting Rachael Scdoris and the Iditarod. For the facts about this cruel race visit the Sled Dog Action Coalition website, http://www.helpsleddogs.org. What happens to the dogs during the Iditarod includes death, paralysis, frostbite (where it hurts the most!), bleeding ulcers, bloody diarrhea, lung damage, pneumonia, ruptured discs, viral diseases, broken bones, torn muscles and tendons and sprains.
