Easy Pork Chops and Gravy

6 Pork chops
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom
milk to desired consistency

TO PREPARE
Brown pork chops until well browned in skillet. They usually have enough fat that they don’t need any oil. The more browning you do the nicer the gravy will be. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook 20 minutes more. I usually cover b/c I worry about pork being
under-cooked. The recipe doesn’t call for this. Add milk to make a gravy of the consistency of your choice.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
