Italian Pork Chops

Each item that we hope you have in your pantry will be in Pink.

Items you can still get in this weeks sale will be in PURPLE.

4-6 Pork chops
½ sleeve Ritz crackers I have these in my stockpile
½ package of dry Italian dressing 0.7 oz this is in my stockpile from a while back
½ c. Parmesan cheese .48 at Albs this week
1-2 eggs
Olive oil see comments

*May substitute crackers and dressing with 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs. I still have a HUGE can of these from my Costco shopping days.

Crush crackers and add dry itialian dressing and cheese. Beat eggs (1-2) in shallow dish. Place dry mixture in a shallow bowl, or plate. Heat skillet, usually on med, with olive oil, use at least enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Once oil is hot dip a pork chop into eggs, coating both sides, then cover in cracker mix. Drop into skillet and cook pork thoroughly, turning 2-3 times to ensure breading does not burn. If begins to burn, turn heat down.

Great to serve with pasta (.50 with double this week) and Prego (hopefully you have a stockpile from when they were .50 each. If not Hunts is on sale at Freds this week.) or Ragu pasta sauces. White or red sauce whatever you have in your pantry. I also have some Bertolli Alfredo. YUMMY!
You could also serve these items that may be in your stockpile, they are in mine: hamburger/chicken helper with out the hamburger/chicken, rice-a-roni, Knorr pasta sides, Steamers frozen veggies, Birdseye frozen veggies, Del Monte canned veggies.
