Easy Pork Chops and Gravy

Each item that we hope you have in your pantry will be in Pink.
Items you can still get in this weeks sale will be in PURPLE.

Easy Pork Chops and Gravy

4-6 Pork Chops
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
milk for desired consistency

Brown pork chops until well browned in skillet. They usually have enough fat that they don’t need any oil. The more browning you do the nicer the gravy will be. Add the remaining ingredients. You could use two cans of one or the other, but I like the flavor of the two mixed. Cook 20 minutes more. Sometimes I cover it because I worry about pork being under-cooked. Add milk to make a gravy of the consistency of your choice.

Served over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice. Also could serve with these items that may  be in your stockpile, they are in mine: hamburger/chicken helper with out the hamburger/chicken, rice-a-roni, Knorr pasta sides, Steamers frozen veggies, Birdseye frozen veggies, DelMonte canned veggies.

Yum!
I just bought the 99cent pork chops and 99 cent potatoes at Albies and I have the rest in the pantry!
This will be going on my meal plan for the week.
