The Starkist pouches are currently $1 at Albertsons, so they will be free with the doublers, as long as they don't exclude doubling.

Thanks Heather, I was just reading that on a blog and wanted to confirm it. Perfect timing!

Jennifer- you are welcome.

I'm sorry...what's the abbreviation "ETS" for in a couple of the coupons?

I didn't get the Quaker chewy granola bars coupon in today's paper. :-( Just the true delights.

At the 16th & State store they had S&W canned chili beans -- the kind with all the seasonings -- on clearance for $.89. I used the $.50/2 coupon from today's paper, doubled, and got 6 cans for $.39, which I thought was a very good deal.

Found some $1/5 tear pad coupons for Easy Mac on the shelf. The Easy Mac is on sale for $1/ea and I was going to get some anyway because my daughter loves it. I had to go ask for another flyer to get more doublers ;-) Experienced couponers may have a lower price point, I'm not sure, but after the coupon they were 5/$3, which is half off retail price, so I was happy about that.

It's great to go into a store with coupons and a plan, but stumbling on a better deal for an item that was already on my list, well, that was just really fun.
