Pork Stroganoff

2-3 Pork Chops usually I use beef, but you may have pork in your freezer

1 cup Sour Cream

1 Can Cream of Mushroom

1 pkg egg noodles you should have no yolk in your pantry

salt and pepper to taste

1. In a skillet cook pork chops until well done. Cut into bite size pieces.

2. Place pork pieces back in pan and over med heat combine with mushroom soup and one cup of sour cream.

3 Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions.

4. Serve sauce over noodles, you could also serve over rice.

This is exactly how I make strogonoff too-sometimes I add some garlic to it for a little extra something.
