Simply purchase any Blue Bunny Aspen or Sedona Frozen Yogurt Granola Novelty over Labor Day weekend (Sept 5, 6, or 7) and then send in your correctly dated receipt with this Blue Bunny Rebate Form by 9/15 and you'll receive a reimbursement check 4-6 weeks after you send it in!

Some markets received a $2/1 Blue Bunny Aspen or Sedona Frozen Yogurt in their 8/2 Smart Source insert! Unfortunately Idaho did NOT. :(
