Fabulessly Frugal Friday: Free Lunch

Here is a simple way that we cut back. When I cook dinner I always cook extra. That way there is always a free and healthy lunch for my hubby or myself the next day.

It is also a time saver. Love time savers! My hubby is the kind of guy that would like his wife to make his lunch for him each day like his mom used to do. So I can simply put some left overs in a container and I am done!

$9 will generally cover a decent lunch out. If you buy, rather than pack, a lunch five days a week for one year, it will cost you $2,340 a year. That would pay for a nice vacation!

If you only paid $5 for lunch or only ate out half the week it would still cost you $1,300 a year. Think of what you could do with an extra $1,300.
